      Great place to learn foreign languages. Learn other jobs when wearing many hats

      Bonus program is a joke. Some people were tricked into working long hours to earn a non-existent bonus.

      Freedom in software/product development and different technologies used were relevant and up-to-date.

      Cons

      Little to no project management. Project/product milestones are non-existent. Decisions were mostly affected by politics.

      Pros

      The Life work balance is excellent. Everyone I work with is fantastic, and I like to get to know you. Everyone wants to help out and jump through hoops for each other and want to push each other for the same goal.

      Cons

      Only allowed to work from home once a week, but that is changing pretty soon. Little bit Drama with Upper management but nothing that really bothers anyone.
