I already had high expectations in joining Checkr, and since joining, I have to say being a part of this team has far exceeded my expectations. My positive experience goes far beyond excellent benefits, great work culture, and cool downtown office. To me, what's exceptional about Checkr is the people who work here and the cultural values they embody. Many startups value things like grit and getting sh*t done, but Checkr also values humility and kindness, which is so apparent in everyone who works here. It makes coming to work not only fun, but an all around positive experience.

I've never worked with a more passionate and hard working group of people. Each team is cross functional, which creates a collaborative environment. Everyone is working towards the same goal, which helps with smooth transitions and overall collaboration. This is the best team I've ever hard the pleasure of working with. CEO is passionate about company and mission as a whole, which feeds down to every team and IC. Lunch and Dinner every day, awesome benefits, unlimited PTO, Yoga and massages in the office, and great work/life balance. What more could you ask for?
