Checkr is in a big growth phase right now and that completely reflects in its hiring process. All told, my turn-around from in-person meeting to offer on the table was 8 hours. It's clear that they're ready to hire if they think you're the right fit, so be ready to get on board. That kind of straightforwardness is also reflected in the company culture: there's a huge stress on transparency and openness, so they're willing to give you feedback (of any kind) if it means a chance at improvement. This also means management wants you do the same, so it's imperative that you're straightforward and show receipts where you can if this is the place you want to work.
