Pros

People and culture are great, easy to get along with everyone, feels like an established start-up, HR does a lot to make you feel immersed into company right away, lots of opportunity for growth, managers and team leads care about your input and feedback, can bring dogs to the office

Cons

Only one i can think of is that it's too hot up on the top floor of the loft where I sit haha

Exciting, stagnant industry that is ready to be disrupted. Extremely smart team. Everyone very focused around working toward a common goal. Very inclusive culture and frequent team building events.

Cons

Still working to find the best balance of transparency and operational structure as the company grows.

Pros

- Interesting problem space with new features to be built - Good tools for dev/deployment cycle - Company is profitable, not just reliant on VC money - Good work-life balance and people actually use unlimited PTO - Employees and management stick to company values (and the company values are good ones) which results in good people to work with - Close to good coffee

Cons

- Parking is tough (more of an SF problem) - Open office space can be distracting although it is generally quiet on the engineering island
