      Pros

      TRULY transparent work environment that fosters open communication and honestly. Core Values are not just written down and published, but are lived by on a daily basis. All teams are willing to help others when needed. I can honestly say that I have never worked with a more amazing, hard working, fun-spirited group of people. CEO also encourages all employees to schedule 1:1s with him to share their questions, suggestions or concerns. A genuinely special place where everyone’s voice is heard, and can help shape the future of the company. On top of all of that, who can complain about the amazing perks? Catered meals, stocked kitchen, fully paid medical/dental/vision, unlimited PTO, company/team outings and events…I could go on and on!

      Cons

      We’re growing rapidly and doing our best to keep up. The work never ends and can at times seem overwhelming, but with the support of everyone in the company we always get things done.

      Pros

      Free food, coffee, fully stocked kitchen. The usual tech perks.

      Cons

      Too much transparency. I get let go after working one day because I made a casual comment about the beer stocked fridge and they take it as me not taking the job seriously so I'm not asked back to return.
