If you want a team that smiles in your face, feeds you food, and grins behind your back...excellent choice

Cons

Leadership. Leaders are misaligned on the internal issues. They hire poor leaders who hide behind the work of seasoned reps and destroy them if they don't conform to their egos. They hired a very inexperienced leader in Denver to lead a new segment who set out to destroy the joy and successes of experienced sellers. No matter what feedback was given, she did as she pleases since the team was doing well. There's no real room for growth. They only promote certain racial groups and ppl who stroke their egos. Sr leadership doesn't care about investing in the mission that built the company nor individuals. They refuse to invest in resources but instead push people out and reward people they like.
