The work is remote and your colleagues are great

Cons

Upper management and executives are bootlickers. They have no interest in listening to the people who are working on the ground, grinding and have first hand experience with the product. The only way you can get promoted is if you're a Yes Man.

Pros

I love my team and am grateful for the trust Checkr has in me to get my work done. Overall, the benefits and salary are very competitive and I am very appreciative of the thought Checkr has in taking care of its employees.

Cons

No 401k match. I wish this was something Checkr would do as the majority of tech companies offer this.
