How to ruin a profitable company. (by management wave revision 5)
For management, place seems to be a like floating boat that one gets onto when there is nothing else to do.
Last 5 rounds of management apparently boarded the boat without any paddles. Created few splashes in the water,
causing the boat to steer in some unclear direction.
Once its time to get off, they leave the boat and the mess they made as well.
The original Boat eventhough that's not as bling is still the one supporting the company and putting food on the table for the employees.
There is also a new boat in town.. Its a monster of a cruise ship, better looking than the original boat but it doesnt scale very well. Its slow as in serial-processing, expensive to license and management seems to pour more and more money into it .. only to get nothing in result.
Basically the new platform cant sustain itself...
Thus you will if you decide to work there be purged during one of the semi-anual purges.
One can only be lucky for so long.
The monster cruise ship is constantly hungry... as each and new set of clients need its own Cruise ship to operate, more and more cuts need to be made.
More Overseas "Cost efficient" workers are then employeed to support the sinking Cruise ship only to be let go at a later time creating some kind of vicious circle.
