*no employee recognition - over 3 years with no raises or bonus, not even money for a $25 spot bonus like you worked 60 hours this week and we appreciate it *review structure - no incentive to go above and beyond or out perform anyone else as nothing is tied to reviews in the way of any salary increases, so people are figuring out to just do the bare minimum to stay *every decision they make seems to just be in line with prepping to sell the company *no employee surveys to even act like they care how employees feel *pushing a lot of job roles to Costa Rica while not being completely up front to clients that that is where the work will be based out of *platform releases don't seem to go through sufficient UAT, leading to hot fixes, unhappy customers and those on the production side having to deal with those unhappy customers 2x a month.

A number of senior leaders who run as if in panic mode all the time and never really get anything done who then have directors below them that are ghosts until pressed to show up yet they seem to be teflon. No matter how mediocre these high-profile managers are, they remain insulated from criticism and consequence. It is the good people, working hard to do right, build, and produce that are leaving in droves by resignation or cuts. Soon they will find out as they lose the doers that the leaders don't have the skill or capability to get the job done.
