Decent logos but they’re all actively leaving

Cons

1. For sales or anything commission related they WILL NOT PAY YOU. Do not believe you’re going to get promised commission. You’ll get maybe 25-50% of the OTE. I hit 95% ARR goal of my 14+ million and was paid 50% of the payout. 2. The tech is breaking and they’re actively breaking contracts with major companies. They store customer data files that were allegedly deleted or contractually promises to he deleted. 3. They will overwork you and then reward you by giving you more work. 4. Leadership, especially client facing, is no where to be found. 5. Complete tech outage on Black Friday - lol 6. They were “rebuilding” when I joined - I have a feeling they will be rebuilding indefinitely

Amazing people that are no longer respected for a culture of tech matters but people don’t.

Pros

The tech is in a good place and getting better daily. No matter how little the company cares about the employees there are still some amazing people in this company who care and will mentor.

Cons

In 2 weeks 11 people have resigned, there are more coming daily and leadership could care less. When a VP leaves with no job lined up you know the writing on the wall is bad. Best guess is services will die a slow death while tech gets a boost so they can sell the company. The board needs to sell Cheetah and in today’s tech world profit won’t come from the people. If you are in tech or marketing it might not be a bad decision to come to Cheetah but if you are in services you have a ton of options out there, keep looking.

Cons

Favoritism toward leadership former colleagues and friends. This is extreme to the extent that anyone outside is in a impossible situation to succeed 3 rounds of layoffs in 1 year
