The give you a lot of freedom on how to get the job done and bring in new members.

Cons

Very poor management, no consistent message from management. Horrible compensation plan with a sales validation designed to pay you as less as they can for each member you bring in.

Pros

The Doctors and RN's work very hard at taking care of their senior patients. This is the only positive point.

Cons

Humana only plan for membership with Jen Care although was told they are bringing on more plans. Not the case. Absolutely no support by Sales staff and leads were given unevenly after many attempts at making fair. The worst sales position I have ever had. Do not take this job. Worst decision I have ever made.

Not many of I had to say I’d say the location I was at was a 10 min walk from my house.

Cons

Training is subpar, pay is below market for Chicago, leadership at the Ashburn location is terrible, no accountability.
