Co workers are the only reason I stayed. The General Manager Brian Landry was really good but he left to start his own company shortly after I left. Pay is ok. Benefits ok. Vision and Mission are great. Those who follow them are stuck in their jobs. Those who fake it get promoted

Cons

HR sucks at recruiting the right people. Sucks even more in promoting the right people.
