I have still never meet my boss nor ever been told to do anything. Basically left completely alone. Good 401k, they match HSA. They will undercut any contract to win.

Cons

Had to explain what I do to my senior site lead who makes far more then me. He basically thinks I use black magic and control the space time continuum. Since they undercut they can not pay employees well.

Pay was very very good and it was close to home.

Cons

Working the night shift the management tends to forget that you work there and some issues and concerns go completely unnoticed.
