Pros

Job isn't difficult to understand.

Cons

Terrible communication with management and district management. Didn't handle an emotional dispute that I had with a co-worker well.

Pros

Simple, straight forward tasks. Opportunity to be part of a very special moment for families and children.

Cons

Poor pay Poor leadership Expected to use your personal cellphone for work and the company doesn’t pay for your phone bill Expected to be available 24/7 - I received constant text messages from my district manager after hours and when I set a boundary that I wouldn’t be responding off the clock, I was talked about poorly to other employees behind my back. Corporate manufactures unnecessary urgency. The business model is a scam because the guests are paying premium prices for photographs taken by sales associates and not professional photographers. There was never a professional photographer on site the entire time I worked for Cherry Hill Programs. High turnover of employees
