Pros

The job can be genuinely fun and meaningful. You get to create special moments for families, and the holiday atmosphere can be uplifting. The pay is decent for seasonal work, and the team on-site usually works well together when things are organized

Cons

Training is extremely limited. You’re given a quick overview and then expected to figure out everything else on your own. Many responsibilities are unclear, and support outside of Tech is minimal. Equipment issues are common, and local managers are often left to troubleshoot without guidance.
