Pros

Get a paycheck every week, if you're lucky Get 3 hour shifts twice a week

Cons

Training was almost non existent. She cancelled our training the day before we started working. They stated they could train us during down time. So basically we're walking into the job blind. Online training was only paid for an hour and a half instead of 3 hours as per the ESA rules.
