Pros

Work remotely, interview process was simple

Cons

The department isn't run properly. Of the 5 people that were in my hiring class, one is left and our trainer even quit just recently. They need a software update and department management change. The whole thing needs an overhaul.

Pros

Management doesn't mirco-manage. Company Vehicle.

Cons

Pay is low for the industry plus company expects you to wear many different hats and work long hours to get everything done. Lack resources for employees to do job effectively. Upper management is clueless about what the field people deal with to do there job to keep gas flowing and compensation is lacking.
