      Pros

      Seems like it is a great place to work. Co workers were wonderful and very helpful to new employees.

      Cons

      Leadership needs a huge change. The engineering department especially. How could 1 manger hire and fire 6 people for 1 position in a year's time and not come under some sort of review? Ridiculous!

      Leadership can not make a decision. They don't trust their middle management.
