Pros

- Cares about its customers - Cares about its employees - Cares about the bottom line (we are a public company that has to answer to a board and shareholders) - Great benefits, including affordable Health Insurance, PTO, sick time, 401K matching, etc. - Encouraged to give input, and actually feel like your being listened to! - Support from management

Cons

- Internal processes are antiquated (part and parcel of working for a public utility) - Need better CRM tools to do job well - Sometimes wonder if we're getting the senior level support that a couple sister companies receive
