BAD PLACE TO WORK

Pros

There are no Pros working with this company because its a smoke screen to fool people into working there

Cons

When one sees the favoritism within the company its going to make you wonder what are you doing wrong. And when you apply for positions internally and you are turned down because you don't have the proper credentials but you hire someone from the outside who doesn't have the required credentials it makes you see how the groups in the company look out for their own. When you have Supervisors and Managers who feel they can do no wrong with their choices on how to run their departments and treat their co workers like low class citizens its no wonder more people are leaving the company.

Pros

Some really nice people in the company. Hard working co-workers. Not management. Does have stock options and decent 401k. Health insurance is mediocre.

Cons

Very bad environment. Management needs and MUST change in order to save their reputation. Lots of discrimination. In order to get a promotion or advance, you have to be a favorite or in their clique. They do not fullfill promises or agreements. They change the rules by the day. Policies and rules are not the same for everyone. Handbook has a lot to be said about. They leave every decision up to manager's discretion. This is one way to cover their butts in labor disputes. Company keeps buying more companies without adding additional support to meet the demand. Raises and bonuses are used by management to threaten employees. Management consistantly violates company code of ethics and nothing is done about it. Company also uses top grade interview process to low ball potential employees. Believe the reviews. They are true. Cant tell you not to accept a postion, but carefully review any offer carefully and interview them as they interview you.
