Pros

They leave you alone to do your work

Cons

Lowest paid gas workers on the east coast. Managers or supervisors don’t know nothing about the departments they are managing or supervising so you can’t even call them for help.

Pros

Good PTO and Sick time

Cons

Management has poor communication skills with an unwillingness to collaborate. Micromanages employees and takes credit for work done. Limited opportunities for career growth and instead “reorganize” employees for what works best for them. Pay is poor with limited increases and does not reflect experience and knowledge.
