      Job has on Risk because they have short term project in market of USA

      Pros

      Good Hike but deduct in that 10% once you complete one year you will get as a bonus

      Cons

      No follow of SDLC and good for fresher and who are searching for good hike take the hike and move from the company

      I have good exp in Chetu and satisfied with my job profile

      Pros

      Chetu provides the good environment to work. You can work at different domain and latest technologies. You can get the good appraisal at every 6 months. It's a good company for 1-2 year exp guy to learn.

      Cons

      There are some job stability at that time may be now it improved. Timing issues for married guy but for bachelors nice to work.

      I Don't think there is any pros.. Even you have to pay for cab and dinner

      Cons

      There are lots of cons which I cannot describe in words. 1) they can fire you any time without any notice period. 2) HR will always manipulate you every time you discuss your problem with them. 3) TL or PM or no one will help you in project. If you are not able to handle the project, you will be fired. 4) Employees are treated as servant. even you have less values then a Guard. 5) Alternate sat is off and very less leave. They provide only six paid leaves in a year. 6) Very much tax deduction as compare to other companies. 7) operations are very poor. (stinking Washrooms, not pure Drinking water, no working ACs... all these are issues). Still they are using some CRT with blurring interface. 8) TL and PM always tries to make fool to his client. 9) Very much work pressure. You will have to stay whole night several times. 10) Very small projects exists in this company. you can be moved from one project to another in a month even. 11) They will not ask you before changing your technology. You will be moved from one to other technology without any prior training or notice .
