We will never place an employee in a position to work on something they have no knowledge in, as they are our day-to-day ambassadors to our clients, and we would never have anyone we did not feel was qualified to work with our clients. These operations processes are based on the best practices we have accumulated over the last twenty years our company has been in business. Additionally, we certainly do no lay off employees nor let them go due to salary reasons nor anything of the sort.
