Pros

High moral of employees. The people of Chevron really attempt to do the moral or right thing.

Cons

If you are in business development or marketing, this is not the place for you. The company is very process oriented and there is no value seen in marketing.

Pros

Decent place to work. Felt like working in the 1980's though. Old school coffee, old school culture...not really a place I would want to spend 30 years

Cons

I guess I would repeat what I said above. Its just kind of a borning place to work. I don't think they hire enritched people who have long term goals.
