My favorite part of Chewy is that hard work and dedication is always rewarded. I started in the entry level CS position. I was generously offered ways to sharpen my existing skills and develop new skills-- both in-house and outside of the company. 3 years later, I'm a salaried manager, overseeing a hugely important department, and I'm still excited to come to work every day. The culture is positive and lively. Everyone is made to feel included and respected. All of that, plus 20% off dog food-- what more could you ask for?!

Working at Chewy has shown me what it is like to work for a company that genuinely cares about the individual growth of each of its employees. I've worked far longer in lower level positions, and seen in no growth in my previous job. Here at Chewy, I've worked in several departments and I have been presented with multiple opportunities in such a short time. The people, the culture, the customers are genuinely like no other. For the first time in a long time, I look forward to coming to work. Chewy is a safe and fun environment, where you can feel at home.
