      Great work environment. Benefits. Plentiful advancement opportunities. Chewy is hands down the best company I've ever worked for. It's the zenith of my employment history. From a terrific leadership team, to awesome co-workers, I've never not wanted to come in to work. I can't say that about any other place I've been. The company cares about it's customers with a passion unmatched in any industry. You're empowered to do right by the customer every step of the way.

      Cons

      Chewy is a fast paced, ever changing company. If you're change averse, or someone that wants to just skate by, this isn't the company for you.

      Pros

      Fun, casual environment and Free Starbucks :) Pet supply discounts and goodies. Opportunities to grow in a multi-billion dollar company. You actually give GREAT customer service to your customers and feel good about your job every day! Overtime opportunities are there, and Double-Pay on holidays if you're scheduled to work! You truly feel appreciated if you put in the effort!

      There's no negatives if you work hard and want to grow!
