      Pros

      Great job while taking college classes! Opportunities for growth and the founders of the company are truly genuine people. There are classes help weekly on the products sold. It a great place to network.

      Cons

      There definitely is "politics" going on but let's be honest what company doesn't?!? All you need to do is show you are motivated to move up in the company and don't get upset when you are not chosen for the first position you applied for. I wish I obtained a college degree in this field because I would have stayed.

      The company is for the associates, they have great fringe benefits. There is upward mobility available.

      Cons

      Hours, there is a promise of one thing, and a requirement/ request of another. Not at all what I signed up for.
