$13 hr if you manage to get in certified as a forklift driver.

Cons

Certified forklift driver coming to Chewy, 30 days later still have not been on a forklift. Very heavy work, pushing up to 300lb carts over an 1/8 mile concrete warehouse. Not climate controlled like ad said. Trying to be like Amazon warehouses which is not a good thing.

This Company is in its infancy. There is so much room to grow. You'll never be bored. You are working in a challenging and stimulating environment.

Cons

The coffee Machine breaks down all the time. There isn't a lot of overtime shifts to be picked up because everyone enjoys coming to work.

Managers and supervisors are worst I ever seen in my life. Chewy works with favoritism. If manager or supervisor doesn't like you they take it personally. Mostly manager are like Cowboys, chasing you all day in aisle and forcing you to do beyond what we can.new management is worst,don't know how to behave with employees.

Cons

Chewy professionals please Don't make internet people feel that we all are happy working in chewy. You all are treated with respect and fun time working but ours is different. New manager snitch our smiling happy faces.
