      Pros

      Growing company in a fun industry with a passionate, fun base of dedicated employees. Everyone has a contribution to success. Atmosphere is much better than other companies I've worked for in the past. Company is focused on results and success which makes for a faced paced, action driven environment.

      Cons

      Company is growing and maturing rapidly, which can be a challenge for employees who aren't comfortable with change. Expectations are high, as they should be, but can be a lot of pressure for some employees. Company is still forming in many ways such as departmental structure, processes, policies etc... If you areopen minded and adaptable, it's an exciting place to be right now.

      Pros

      Chewy is an extremely fast growing company, and with that there are growing pains. But they are aware of them and address each and every one in a timely manner. The people are great, management is great, and although we could use a couple more holidays off, the benefits are great and improving all the time. I would definitely recommend Chewy and have referred numerous people to apply.

      Cons

      A few more holidays off. Other than that, can't really think of any.

      Pros

      The environment is great! It's so laid back and friendly. It feels good to actually love coming to work and not be stressed all the time. You can get promoted quickly. With so much room to grow and advance, there are plenty of opportunities to move up. They care about their employees. If you are here to work ( work hard), this is the company for you. You can work hard but not feel like you're not working. The pay is pretty great too! :)

      Cons

      It can become your life. Which is fine with me but, if you aren't ready to make this a career, this company may be too involved for you.
