CRMC is very supportive & encourages the team mindset for their 2,000+ employees. It strives for excellence in the service it provides to all patients & their families.

Cons

If you are not clinical it doesn't seem to matter what education, experience you have. Your salary/hourly pay is much lower than the clinical staff you work with & comparable jobs outside of CRMC.

Pros

There are some wonderful individuals who in their heart want to make a difference in healthcare. PTO is competitive.

Cons

The executives are a mess and change with the seasons. There is no faith in upper management nor do they listen to their employees. Top to bottom, many employees are there for a paycheck - nothing more and nothing less. The band aid to every issue is jeans day to celebrate anything they can think of to boost moral. Total disengagement. Management seems to stunt the possibility of increasing patient care by degrading their employees or creating an environment of entitlement and enabling.
