Staff treats you like family. Patients are super appreciative. Administration is involved, thoughtful, and seems to really care.

Pros

CRMC is very supportive & encourages the team mindset for their 2,000+ employees. It strives for excellence in the service it provides to all patients & their families.

Cons

If you are not clinical it doesn't seem to matter what education, experience you have. Your salary/hourly pay is much lower than the clinical staff you work with & comparable jobs outside of CRMC.

Pros

CRMC provides good balance between work and family life, in my opinion. It also seems to provide decent benefits and nicer facilities than other hospitals. The education assistance provided to employees is also really nice.

Cons

CRMC, to me, seems to not have any clear direction for the future. If it does, I have never heard of one. In general there is a lack of communication between upper management and employees.
