Pros

Everyone that worked at Chicago Title even if they weren't in my department were very friendly. What was expected of me was clear and I got along with everyone very well.

Cons

No Cons that I can think of. The industry as a whole is very quick paced. But I prefer that sort of environment so it didn't bother me at all.
