Pleasant physical work environment. Other employees and managers were helpful. Food often brought in on busy days, so as to minimize downtime.

Cons

On the job training of systems and programs was minimal to non-existent, creating a waste of time for all involved.

Pros

In the Danbury Office, truly there were no "i" in this team. A true "team" we were. Eventhough we worked very long and hard to keep our customers happy with a superior product, it was a plesaure to come in every day and work..

Cons

The only down side was that some how they didn't need the Danbury Office anymore and there were no openings in the other 2 offices. I never thought I would have to stop working for them.
