Life changing work. Everyone on the team has an amazing heart for those we serve. It's the biggest company I have ever worked for that still feels small.

Cons

Lots of changes happening due to federal funding.

Schedule was hybrid to fully remote and very flexible whenever necessary depending on job role.

Cons

Management, executives, HR department, and even full departments conducted fraudulent, illegal and shady activity. HR team was never about protecting employees. It was all about covering up and protecting management and higher ups.
