Pros

As fast food goes, it doesn't get much better than Chick-fil-A. I worked there for a few years during college, and, depending on who your operator is, it can be a laid back place to work. It's been my experience that your co-workers are almost always friendly.

Cons

Again, it's fast food--this automatically means it's not going to be great. As with any public service job that deals with food, people get angry over the most ridiculous things.

Pros

- Great managers - Clean atmosphere, very disciplined - Coworkers made a happy environment - The best "quick service" food anywhere - Closed on Sunday

Cons

- Only entry level, near minimum wage to start, but understandable, hey, it's fast-food - Come home smelling like fried chicken

Flexible with your schedule Guaranteed Sundays off Fairly routine job duties Family friendly Guaranteed to learn good customer service skills

Cons

Given that most consumers know of Chick-fil-A's "2nd Mile Service", they tend to take advantage of it. Some consumers had a level of rudeness and general disrespect that you wouldn't believe. This, in combination with the mangagers' disrespect towards team members, can really make you really not want to come to work.
