      Pros

      Nice gym, cafeterias with great food and friendly staff, nice co-workers. However, a lot of companies offer these amenities and more these days.

      Cons

      I was relocated only to find out two weeks in the company was doing a re-org and major layoffs were coming. My s/o also left a good job to come with me. 3 months in my position was eliminated and I was laid off. The training is also non-existent. They had no SOP in my department. It was learn as you go and get your hand slapped when you made a mistake. Absolutely antiquated processes that make everything 10x more difficult and stressful than they need to be. Most frustrating job I've ever had.

      Pros

      -Close to Miami. Nice weather and plenty of beaches. -Benefits & discounts

      Cons

      -Everything else. -Preach guiding principles and value,s but not one follows them. . -Claims to be the most amazing place to learn and grow, but will not train or on board you for your role. -People smile in your face and "welcome" you to the family, but will quickly turn theirs backs when it proves advantageous for themselves. (Only favored if in the "in crowd") -Everyone is fearful for their jobs since there is nothing else in SW FL. -Extremely long hours for no reason, people are afraid to leave since upper management stays all night.

      Pros

      Like a bad dream, almost out of a movie, they show you a campus with a gym, health facility, cafeteria, etc.

      Cons

      The irony of all the amenities is NO ONE USES THEM. Everyone afraid of being layed off, no one dares use the gym, health facility or even eat away from their desk. This is your worst nightmare.
