Pros

The associates are very supportive and Chico's has a team environment. The leadership truly takes interest in their associates and wants to create a great work environment.

Cons

They pay isn't always competetive. Some deparatments and areas pay well and other departments do not pay competetively at all.

good health beneifits, some really nice customers, some nice people to work with

Cons

right hand never knows what left hand doing, putting things on sale every other day not enough hours given to get the tasks done all week long with deadlines for setting up store sales and getting product out unreasonable customers really noticing higher prices lower quality and to many back and forth sales. dsm not followed up on properly complaints never go anywhere or are cut off, dismissed if the manager is a "pet" to the dsm calling campaigns out of control customers like postcards not calls every other week
