-part time benefits include health insurance -bonus system allows you to make extra money -fun atmosphere -great customer service -small environment

Cons

-as lead sales I am a manager without the management pay -working full time hours with no full time benefits -even though I have proven myself outsiders continue to be hired as ASMs

Pros

Great potential for job growth if the situation were better. Nice weather if I had had the time to enjoy it.

Cons

Complete lack of leadership at the senior management level. In the past 2 years there has been an almost 100% turnover of all management staff hired including the Chico's brand president who lasted barely a year and many vice presidents who lasted from 6 mos to 24 mos. Incessant meetings and constant revisions contributed to long hours worked with no results.

commission program caused associates to fight over customers, steal customers; spent most of money earned on clothing; schedule was sporadic - 12 hours one week, 25 the next.
