      It's a very fun place to work

      Pros

      The company gives a great opportunity to earn more through its commissions. Also, it's great that they give health benefits even to part-time employees; most retailers don't. Finally, their discount for employees on merchandise is great at 40%.

      Cons

      The base salary can be considered low compared to industry, but they make up for that with the commissions which are not that hard to make.

      Pros

      Company willing to negotiate pay, pay is higher than industry standard, possibility to earn commission, senior management in corporate office encourages feedback, even entry level employees are highly valued

      Cons

      Inconsistent hours, strong sales emphasis and meeting goals is considered a must, unrealistic sales goals that are not adjusted much throughout the year

      Pros

      Employee discount although the percentage of discount is being cut by 10% effective 1/1/10 for those hired prior to September 2009. The reduced discount is already in effect for those hired after September.

      Cons

      Only receive Bonus on sales over set dollar amounts. The larger the sale the larger the Bonus. Sales under $150 receive no bonus. Coupons, discounts, etc. make it harder and harder to achieve a bonue.
