Senior management does not take care of keeping on top of store manager. Policy's are broken repeatedly & it is overlooked.

Pros

They understand their customers and how to deliver what she wants. Smart, smart people recruited from everywhere. It's an education. Trying to improve the work/life balance.

Cons

Brand presidents are crazy and live their jobs so expect you to too. SO reactive. Not strategic: just do x, do y, quick, change it again! Way too much work. Telling people to go home at 6 doesn't matter if your workload takes until 10. Management is terrified of adding headcount and it shows.
