I have worked with some great people in the company. They do have good benefits.They have really great clothing and accessories.

Cons

Chico s was once a great little company till they went cooperate. They have forgotten about the heart of the company, their employees.

The stores have great product that is current with the fashion trends and economical for what you get! Love the product.

Cons

Upper Management micro manage every aspect of the job. Consider themselves" the employer of choice," but we are told to be thankful we have a job in this economic time. Don't get me wrong I am very thankful. Upper management is not objective with hiring friends rather then the right person for the job. Turnover is very high and would wonder who is leading that turn and why are good people leaving an organization that truly can be the best all around company to work for with great product and great people........?
