Weekends and Holidays off. Company closes down between Christmas and New Year.

Cons

Employee satisfaction is VERY low in the Case Management Department. The pay is minimal and raises are not available. HIGH intensity of work to the point where Case Specialist often do NOT take breaks just to get the most out of each work day. If you can't handle multi-tasking and the constant juggle of interviewing families for eligibility, process an intense amount of incoming mail, completing reports at a deadline, in addition to a LARGE volume of e- mails from families, corporate, management, and departments within the company this isn't the job for you!!!

Holiday break in December, work life balance, steady job.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Promotions based on nepotism instead of qualifications. If you are African American, don’t expect to get promoted. I have a BA and I am earning a Masters, but whites and Latinos with high school diplomas and less work experience are promoted.
