competitive wages, good moral, training

Cons

horrible benefit package, brings down wages. Management not great, friends and favored above actual work reflection. Extremely gossipy and catty work environment.

Pros

CCRC ensured that the staff were equipped with the technology needed to work from home and made sure onsite staff were safe. CEO provides monthly updates to share with the agency so that staff are aware of what's going on. During the pandemic, CCRC increased retirement contributions and covered benefits. CCRC also provided wellness kits and continued with an all staff event and department teambuilding activities.

Cons

Can't think of any cons at this time. Overall, CCRC does a great job with putting their staff first.
