depends on the team you work on, but if you have a supervisor that is supportive, invests in your growth and allows you to go to training to learn more skills, then you will be successful here. however a lot of people don't have this and one of my team members (in my department but different supervisor) was told by her supervisor that she can not go to lunch with specific people and that she shouldn't talk to certain others. very petty issues and a micro manager. they do however, have a good employee recognition program, and you can recognize anyone , which helps with morale. they also offer yoga classes on site (but you have to pay)

I am still fairly new at CCRC, and thus far is has been a positive experience. CCRC is mission-driven and has a great culture where your voice is heard and opinion matters. They invest in their employees. It has strong leadership and knowledgeable employees who are professionals in their field. It’s a big agency and is growing and there are lot of opportunities for those who seek them.
