Thank you for sharing your experience and for the important care you provide to our dialysis patients. We appreciate you highlighting our benefits, pay, and strong commitment to patient safety. We understand that expectations, time-off policies, and the pace of work can feel demanding, and experiences may vary by role and team. Feedback like this helps provide perspective as we continue to evaluate how we support our nurses while maintaining high standards of care. Thank you for being part of Children’s Health and for taking the time to share your feedback.

Pros

There's some really good people that work the field. Knowledgable and worthy. Newish equipment and a new hanger dedicated to the transport team.

Cons

Extremely low pay compared to other hospital based transport teams. Cooks pays extremely well and you do less as compared to Childrens, they ask more from you, expect more but want to pay you less. Much less! Management is way out of touch with their people. They say they want us to be family, but then turn around and retaliate when there's feedback. If you are unliked or buck the system any, you will be terminated.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for your years supporting our transport patients and families. We appreciate your recognition of the expertise of our field teams and the investments made in equipment and resources. We understand that experiences related to compensation, morale, and leadership can vary. Based on our most recent market data, pay for these roles is higher than roughly 80% of comparable positions in the local area, while we also recognize that individual experiences and expectations differ. Our focus remains on supporting our teams as we carry out our mission to make life better for children. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
