Pros

The culture and the environment was very warm. I adored the people that I worked with.

Cons

There was a ton of micromanaging going on. I was diagnosed with migraines once I began working there. Ultimately, I begin looking for another job, that is when the migraines ceased.

An Okay Experience

Pros

Purposeful work and decent employee benefits.

Cons

Management can be rigid and controlling. Higher ups tend to belittle entry level workers or take frustration out on them. Not a lot of room to grow unless you go back to school. Poor work/life balance.
