- Too much micromanaging. one supervisor, one director, AND two leaders watching your every move is excessive.

Planning, Design & Construction - 1:1 weekly meeting, which would make things stressful and less productive. If you have a cell phone don't let them see it. They say it will take 6 months to learn but they want you to know everything in less then 6 weeks, Not enough money for what then want you to do, so the job description is very misleading. Part of management and trainer are in their late 30's so that should tell you alot. The rest of the dept are Project Managers so they stay to themselves, They speak of Work/Life balance - none, it's al talk
