Employees truly care about the patients and families. Benefits are good and comparable Love pediatrics! A great hospital for teaching.

Recently laid off over 100 employees Cutting costs in certain areas (no utensils in breakroom), yet top heavy leadership Drab work environment and needs renovation

Pros

I loved working in the ICU. It was stressful but it was very rewarding to help families and staff on a daily basis.

Cons

Management seem to care more about numbers than patient care. Also letting you go without proof of something you where accused if doing.
