      Pros

      Mission of making lives better for children is taken seriously by many employees.

      Cons

      Executives do not seem to care about employees. They are very removed from everyone and hardly ever seen. Disorganization and lack of innovation rule. Flexible work schedules non existent. Supply Chain leadership incompetent. No controls in place to stem unethical behavior like kick backs.
