Pros

Company is great for children, some benefit days for employees, I hear they have competitive pay but some staff beg to differ. If you work in certain clinics, the hours are great but other end up leaving you with last notice having to stay late but that happens in some places. New CEO has great plans for the company and agree with what he has to say. health benefits are ok

Cons

just about any low level to mid level employee will tell you the parking is terrible. They share it with a neighboring hospital and only allow certain amount of vehicles to park there. If you arnt there before 730, you have to go park in a different area and wait for a shuttle. cafeteria should maybe provide healthier choices for meals, salad bar seems to be able it. They dont offer a lot of "growing with the company", not a lot of advancement.

Pros

This organization has a wonderful medical staff. The medical personnel, in fact all the employees, care deeply about children and making them healthy and happy. It is very unfortunate that senior management does not care about the non medical personnel at all. They give themselves huge salariies and don't even pay the administrative personnel fair wages, let alone superior ones. Working conditions are terrible for most admins and many haven't had raises in years because no one has bothered to find out what fair salaries are in the open market. Personnel stay because they care for the children, but 90 percent of them are underpaid and working what amounts to two jobs in a 40 hour week so that senior management can take home huge bonuses and raises every year.
